Five practice areas. One engine behind them.

We don't sell software. We build the specific, integrated automation your business needs — then hand it over with the documentation and support to own it.

Owners who got their time back.

They spent a week in our office with a clipboard before writing a line of code. When they shipped, it worked on day one. Haven't hired another bookkeeper in 18 months, and I don't plan to.

We'd paid a dev shop $80K for something that broke within a month. AMB shipped something smaller, less impressive-looking — and our agents still use it every day, three years later.

What I didn't expect was the documentation. Every workflow has a runbook. When someone leaves, the work doesn't leave with them. That alone was worth what we paid.

F-01FAQ

Questions? We've got answers.

The short version: we work in your stack, ship in four weeks, and hand you runbooks you actually own.

How long does a typical engagement take?+
Four weeks from kickoff to handoff. Week 1 is an on-site audit. Week 2 is blueprint and scope sign-off. Weeks 3–4 are build, test, and ship. After that, you have 90 days of on-call support included.
Do we have to adopt new software?+
No. We build inside the tools you already use — QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack. If you need something new we'll tell you, but we keep the stack flat.
What happens when something breaks?+
Every workflow ships with logging, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and a Slack alert for anomalies. During the 90-day window we own on-call. After that, you can retain us monthly or handle it in-house with the runbooks we leave behind.
Who owns the code and the workflows?+
You do. Everything we build is delivered in your repositories, on your infrastructure, under your accounts. No proprietary layer, no lock-in, no licensing.
What does it cost?+
Engagements start at $28K for a single-workflow build and scale with scope. We'll give you a fixed quote after the Week 1 audit — before you commit to the build phase.
Do you work outside your five practice areas?+
Sometimes. If the problem pattern is similar — repetitive document work, cross-system data movement, inbound triage — we'll take a look. If it's not a fit we'll tell you and usually recommend someone who is.
G-01 Ready when you are

Bring the one process eating your week.

Thirty minutes. No pitch deck. We'll tell you whether it's a fit — and what to do if the answer is no.
